Task 2 my 6 week fitness programme

For my BTEC assignment I will be sharing my six week fitness training programme that I have planned for a selected individual. By using a blog, this will allow me to review and justify the choices I have made for my six week plan.

Training starts in november.

Follow me and check out my progress.

Thank you. :)

  1. Good Start!!
    Remember on your blog you need to;
    1. Explain the process of the 6 weeks E.g. It is a Macrocycle of 6 weeks of training.
    2. Explain the aims/ goals of the weeks and of the Macrocycle E.g. Using the SMART Goals, how have you come to these goals.
    3. What phase of the Periodised Plan is your training in? E.g. General/ Specific/ Pre Competitive Preperatory Phase.
    4. What are the unloading periods? E.g. How many rest/ working days? (This can be shown via a table of the whole week.
    5. Aims/ Goals must be clearly stated at the start if each week and reviewed at the end of the week.
    6. Session plans should be uploaded to 'Google Docs' (Type this in Google and this will be linked to your blogger email address). Privacy should then be changed to 'anyone can view with the link'. The link will then be posted onto your blog and then can be accessed by the viewer.
    7. When you are creating your post you can highlight areas of the main activity that you will be doing (E.g. Resisitance training - Bicep Curls and put in a photo to show how to do them), this will then allow the viewer to see what you are doing and will allow you to reflect on the session (E.g. Strengths and Weaknesses).

    REMEMBER:
    To refer to the components of fitness and methods of training used, when writing a post about your session.

    View other peoples blogs in the group and comment on their activity. They may inspire you to do a certain activity.

    Always refer to the Assignment brief and if you have fufilled the requirements then you know that you are going to fufill the criteria.

    Send me a message if you are having problems.
